Fast, Simple, Transparent — that's how we do returns. We've crafted our return policy to be as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Here's how it works:

- You've got 45 days from the delivery date to make a return or exchange (see exclusions below). We want you to love what you order, but if you don’t, returning or exchanging it is easy.

- We've got you covered with a prepaid return label to make things as hassle-free as possible. And if it is in good shape, please feel free reusing the original packaging.

Prefer not to subscribe? We understand. For non-members, a $9.95 fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping costs.

We process all returns within 2 business days of arrival.
Most refunds are reflected in accounts within 3 days after processing, depending on your bank. Debit card refunds might take up to 7 days, while credit card refunds are usually faster.
All refunds go back to the original payment method.
All Returns Must Be Authorized Before Sending
To start your return, complete our Return Authorization Form (opens in a new tab) or email returns@mycitymerch.com (opens in a new tab) . Please include your order number and the item(s) your're returning in your email.
Unexpected or unauthorized packages may be lost, donated, or discarded. Please secure authorization before returning items.

Check Eligibility
- Ensure your item is eligible for a return by reviewing our Returns Policy.

Initiate Your Return
- Begin by submitting our Return Authorization Form or contacting us at returns@mycitymerch.com. After we receive your request, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.

Pack and Send
- Package your item(s) and slap on the prepaid shipping. If reusing the original packaging, ensure it's in good condition and remember to remove or cover the original delivery label.

Track It
- Stay updated with the status of your return here . Should you choose not to use our label for the return, tracking through our system will not be possible.

Receive Your Refund
- Your return will be processed promptly, typically within two business days. Most refunds appear in accounts within 3 days of processing, with many reflecting in just minutes.

Exceptions

- Items marked as Final Sale play by different rules and aren’t eligible for return. These often include limited runs and special deals, so please review these purchases carefully.

- We understand pets can be picky, but we can only accept returns on unused/unopened items in their original packaging. However, we're always here to resolve any issues - let us know if you have a problem with a pet product and we will work to make it right.

- For our Socks & Underwear products, returns are only accepted if the packaging hasn't been opened.

- Products purchased from any other retailer or website (Amazon, Fanatics, etc.) must be returned to the original seller.
Condition Requierments

- Feel free to open, try on, and test your items. Just remember, items should be in new or like-new condition should you wish to return or exchange them.

- Trying on means just that. Put it on, see how it feels, and if it’s not right, you can return it. If you wear a new Varsity Jacket out to a game, that jacket needs to stay with you and is not eligible to be returned.

- Gently used items that are clean and in a condition fit for resale are welcome. This includes items tried on for fit or briefly used as intended, with all original accessories intact.

Our Promise
Our return policy is designed to be flexible because we get it — life happens, and sometimes you just need to make a return. We're here for that. Recognizing that terms like 'gently used' can be subjective, we decided against an exhaustive set of qualifications - that's why we don't have a lot of fine print on this page. Instead, our standard is to favor our customers wherever possible e.g. ties go to the runner. However, we do reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected fraud or consistent misuse of our policy.
