Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to our commitment to prompt service, cancellations and modifications are only possible within a brief period after your order is placed. Should your order already be in the shipping process, we're unable to halt delivery. In instances where the order status hasn't been updated in real-time, it may already be on its way. Placing an Order
Discovering your next favorite item is easy. Select "Add to Cart" for the products you wish to purchase. When you're ready to complete your purchase, navigate to the shopping cart icon, then select "Proceed To Checkout." You'll be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information. After reviewing your order, click "Submit" to finalize your purchase.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an email confirmation detailing your purchase. If this confirmation isn't in your inbox, double-check the email address provided and peek into your spam folder just in case. For those who've created an account, your entire order history is accessible by logging in.
Changing Address After Placing an Order
Address modifications post-order placement are subject to timing and shipping method constraints. While we endeavor to accommodate such requests, changes are not guaranteed once an order has dispatched from our warehouse. We appreciate your understanding and encourage verifying your details at checkout.
Out of Stock Orders
Items not available for immediate purchase won't display an "Add to Cart" option. Our catalog showcases both current offerings and previously available items. Not all products viewed are available for order. For updates on product availability, consider subscribing to our newsletter.
Received Incorrect Order

International Orders
We're thrilled to offer shipping to various global destinations, including the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and European Union countries. For addresses outside these regions, please contact us before placing your order.
Note: Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 15 days with standard shipping.
